Today we created a flashcard for our "Words, Words, Words....section" on five new Greek word parts (from Lesson 45 in Simple Solutions)
We corrected Simple Solutions Lesson 45.
We received our grades in Reading and Writing including the breakdown into categories.
Yale & Princeton: We read an article entitled "Should the School Day start Later?" and created a Current Event using the Point/Counterpoint method.
Princeton -- used the computers to publish their best short write.
Homework:
Yale and Princeton -- published their best short write
Harvard -- read novel (book report due Friday, February 7th -- Student Choice
Setting (10 identification tags) or Essay identifying and explaining the man vs. nature conflict
