Language Arts:
 Today we discussed and copied down our vocabulary for Part III of the Hunger Games.    We completed Journal entry #9  "The Avox"  (Identify.   Describe Katniss' feelings when she recognizes her & why does she feel that way.  What is the Avox a symbol of?)

Harvard took their Skill Assessment.
Princeton & Yale took notes on Socratic Seminars and watched The Hunger Games to the announcement of the scoring.  We took notes in our journal comparing/contrasting the movie and the book.
We corrected Simple Solutions #16.

Homework:
Study for Simple Solutions Test on Lessons 13, 14, 15, 16. (test tomorrow)
Work on the Grammar Review Chart (due Friday)
Catch up on The Hunger Games; work on your list of characters, idioms, ironies, luminary lines
